Thursday, January 10, 2008 - a grand ceremony took place, when the first stone at the foundation of the monument in honor of all Russians who died in the 1920s in Gallipoli (Turkey) was laid. A bottle with a message for descendants was also placed at the foundation. The message was signed by V.I. Yakunin, Chairman of the Center of National Glory Board of Trustees, S.V. Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, A.S. Sokolov, Minister of Culture and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation – all Co-Chairmen of the restoration of memorial program.

Festive events in honor of Endel Karlovich Pusep, the legendary pilot and polar explorer, World War II hero were held in Tallinn, Estonia on December 8, 2007. It was planned that the celebrations would be held on the 65th Anniversary of the first negotiations about D-Day.

The 3rd session of the World Public Forum on Dialogue of Civilizations, initiated by the Centre of Russian National Glory (CRNG) and the Foundation of St. Andrew the First-Called (AFF), has opened on the Greek island of Rhodes.

The third session of the World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilizations” has opened on the Greek island of Rhodes. The initiative of the Forum belongs to the Center of National Glory (CNG) and Foundation of St Andrew the First-Called (AFF). The correspondent of “Rosbalt” reports that about two hundred representatives of expert communities from 40 countries of the world took part in the solemn ceremony in the evening of October 5th.

Who are you with, original civilizations – Chinese, Arab, Persian, Slavic and many others? With globalizers, who don’t have their own faces and are alike? Or with integrators who support the fair world community, where the rights and interests of everyone will be respected?
