Throughout February all the newly wedded at the Krasnoyarsk wedding house will be presented with a book of photos and children drawings called Family – the Arc of Salvation.

The Family – Arc of Salvation program was launched on February 1, 2008 by both the Center of National Glory and the Krasnoyarsk Administration.

The Family – Arc of Salvation album is a result of the contest held within the Holiness of Maternity program by the CNG Krasnoyarsk office. It is a sort of guide to a kid’s world.

The couple who got married on February 1 was the first to receive the album. The wedding house was crowded with relatives and friends of the newly wedded – to be. Members of the CNG and local administration, journalists working in different media networks of Krasnoyarsk also came to congratulate the new family.

Vasily Kuimov, Deputy Head of the city, Head of the Social Policy Department and representatives of the Center of National Glory in Krasnoyarsk congratulated the bride and groom. Little girls presented the Family – Arc of Salvation book to the married couple.

“We’re truly glad that young people of Krasnoyarsk create new families and tend to make their marriages official rather than live in civil marriages. This means that the popularity of a family is growing, basic family values are restoring and coming back to be a part of our life again” -Vastly Kirov said.
